My Policy Express (MPE) is an IRDAI-licensed insurance broking brand operating under R&D Insurance Broker Private Limited, helping businesses manage risk through customised insurance solutions.
Founded in 2021 by Rajeev Gandhi, MPE was granted its IRDAI licence on 2nd April 2022 — and has since grown into a trusted composite broker serving corporates and individuals across North India.
A composite broker license means MPE can place both Life and Non-Life insurance for your organisation — one partner, one point of contact.

Rajeev Gandhi
Rajeev Gandhi is a seasoned BFSI professional with over 17 years of experience across the insurance ecosystem. An MBA by qualification, he began his career in 2005 and has since built deep expertise spanning broking, distribution and customer advisory.
Driven by a passion for customer-centric financial solutions, he continues to help individuals and businesses make informed insurance decisions — while ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence at MPE.
